6. Press the container with the

control solution so that a tiny

droplet forms on the dosing

tip. Place the drop on a

surface that you can reach

easily with the test strip (e.g.

the hollow of the screw cap).

7. Place the blood sample area

of the test strip (capillary) on

the drop. Make sure that the

test strip’s capillary is

completely filled.

8. The device starts a reading.

After about 5 seconds, the

test result of the reading with

the control solution appears.

9. Before removing the test

strip, see whether the test

result is within the range

specified on the test strip

container.
