5 Operation

If you would like to compare the test result of your

measuring system with a laboratory result, you must do

the blood glucose test on an empty stomach. Therefore,

it is advisable to do this in the morning. Take your

measuring system with you to the doctor’s and test

yourself five minutes before or after a trained nurse has

taken a blood sample from you.

Take into account that the technology in the laboratory

is different from your measuring system and that

blood glucose monitors for using at home generally

produce slightly different results. To ensure the accuracy

and precision of such important information, read the

instructions included with the blood glucose test strips.

5.2.13 Calling up test results

You can access the test results for the selected user

profile

at any time without connecting the GlucoDock

module.

The display shows the readings

from the last three days.
